How it works

Five steps from choosing a model to the house standing in its place. Below, what to know before you decide.

The process

  1. 1

    Model and layout

We choose the length, loft and layout together to suit your needs.

  2. 2

    Quote

We prepare a quote based on where the house will stand, how many and your choices.

  3. 3

    Contract

Payment terms and the delivery date go into the contract.

  4. 4

    Build

Your house goes into production and we keep you informed throughout.

  5. 5

    Delivery and set-up

We bring the house on its trailer, put it in place and connect water and electricity. Delivered in 35 days

What to know

Legal status

Our houses are registered and carry their own licence plates.

At the quote stage we work out together any permits the place your home will stand needs.

Transport
The house is brought to its site on its own trailer. Before the quote we check together that the road and access are suitable.
Ground
The spot where the house stands needs to be level and firm. We decide together what preparation your plot needs.
Water, electricity and waste water
The house can connect to mains water or a water tank, to electricity, and to a sewer, a septic pit or a waste tank. We can discuss a solar option in the quote.
